Paquera, Costa Rica, offers an incredible opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of humpback whales. From December to April, these magnificent creatures migrate to the warm waters of the Gulf of Nicoya to mate, calve, and nurse their young.

Encounter giants: Witness the breathtaking sight of humpback whales breaching, tail slapping, and spyhopping.

Paquera's waters are also home to a vibrant population of dolphins, making it a fantastic destination for dolphin watching. These playful and intelligent creatures can often be spotted leaping, diving, and socializing in groups.
